Innova Systems believes that it has a responsibility to the communities in which it operates. Therefore, in 2010, Innova Systems started its "1% Give Back" policy. The "1% Give Back" policy donates 1% of Innova System's resources in people power, time, money, experience, connections, knowledge into communities in Thailand. We believe that Giving Back not only contributes back to society, but also fosters the values of sacrifice, sharing, mutualism, respect, and compassion within the organization, keeping us mindful of those things that are important, but cannot be easily measured in monetary terms.

Profits for Peace. Innova Systems has identified 3 main communities which it will focus its Giving Back 1% program. These 3 communities are:

1. Broadly, the rural provinces in Thailand. This EXCLUDES Bangkok Metropolis.
2. Local Geographical Community of Pakkred, Nontaburi (where our office is located)
3. People Community Represented by our Employees and their Families.
